Returns
To make returning items as convenient as possible, please follow the steps below;
Step 1 - Notification
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us first. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.
To initiate the returns process, you need to email
returns@juiceart.com quoting your order number and letting us know the reason for the return.
Step 2 - Returning the goods
As soon as we receive your notification, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order.
We require items to be returned in as new - unused condition, using the full original packaging.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days although please allow up to 28 days.
Please note: unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Faulty goods
If you believe there is a fault with your goods you should notify us immediately. Where a genuine defect is found and the fault is rectifiable, reprints will be made and sent at the earliest opportunity. Faulty goods that cannot be rectified will receive a full refund instead.
Regarding slight colour variations that occur in relation to how our websites images are displayed online (every monitor displays colours differently) will not warrant the finished print to be classified as faulty.
Goods supplied in error
If a product is supplied in error, arrangements will be made to rectify the mistake at the earliest opportunity.
Unwanted Prints
Please note that since all our products are printed to order, accepting the return of non-faulty items is at our discretion.
